We built the tool
we wished we had.

BrandingOff started as a frustrated designer's side project. Then it became something much bigger.

The Problem

The struggle was real.

Client briefs on Google Forms, strategy documents in Word, assets exported one by one, and WhatsApp for everything else.

The tools that exist were built for designers in London and San Francisco, you know, the posh "in it, and serenren" designers, teams with massive subscription budgets, fast internet, and clients who already know what a brand strategy is.

We needed something built for our reality. Affordable, fast, lightweight, simple, non-technical, browser-based, and designed with the African creative economy in mind.

Yes. The free plan is genuinely free, no trial period, no credit card required. You get unlimited projects, 5 workbench tools, and the client brief system at no cost. Pro unlocks PDF exports, ZIP downloads (12 files), AI Strategy Generation, Brand Guidelines PDF delivery, Pro colours, the Handoff Link, and Grid Viz.
Your account and all your project data remain intact. You simply revert to the free plan. Your projects stay in Firestore and you can still access everything, you just lose access to the Pro export features until you resubscribe.
BrandingOff is responsive and works in mobile browsers. For the best experience, especially with the Workbench tools, a laptop or desktop is recommended.
No. The client brief is a public-facing form. Your client receives a link and fills in the form in their browser, no account, no login, no app install needed.

1. Who We Are

BrandingOff is a design business suite created and operated by Outvixe Creative Agency, based in Benin City, Nigeria.

2. What Information We Collect

Account information: Name, email address, and a password stored securely via Firebase Authentication. Google Sign-In provides your name and email from Google.

Agency profile: Agency name, logo, website, and social media handles stored in Firebase Firestore.

Project data: Client names, contact information, brief responses, and project notes. This data belongs to you.

Payment information: Payments are processed by Paystack. We never see or store your card details. We receive a payment confirmation and plan type.

Usage data: Basic analytics to help improve the product. No personally identifiable information is included.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and operate the BrandingOff service
  • To send essential emails such as account confirmation or payment receipts
  • To improve features based on aggregated usage patterns
  • To respond to support requests
  • To verify payment status and manage your subscription

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

4. Third-Party Services

Firebase (Google): Authentication, Firestore Database, and Firebase Storage power BrandingOff's backend.

Paystack: Payment processing. You are also subject to Paystack's privacy policy when upgrading.

Netlify: Hosting. Netlify may collect server logs including IP addresses for security purposes.

5. Your Client's Data

When your clients fill in a brief form, their data is stored to enable automatic brief import. We do not use client brief data for any other purpose.

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Deleting your account removes your data within 30 days. You can delete your account at any time from the Settings panel.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Contact us at outvixe.ca@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), Firebase security rules, and restricted access controls. We will notify you promptly in the event of a breach affecting your data.

9. Changes to This Policy

We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of BrandingOff after changes constitutes acceptance.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using BrandingOff, you agree to these Terms of Use. These terms apply to all users including free and Pro subscribers.

2. What BrandingOff Is

BrandingOff is a design business suite for brand designers. It provides tools for managing client projects, generating client briefs, building brand guidelines, exporting assets, and creating strategy documents. It is a productivity tool, not a design execution tool. The creative work is still yours.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You must not share your account with others
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use BrandingOff to store illegal content, reverse-engineer or copy the platform, harm or deceive others, circumvent subscription limitations, or use automated scripts to access the service.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload using BrandingOff. By using BrandingOff, you grant us a limited licence to store and process this content solely to provide the service to you.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Free plan: Available indefinitely with no payment required.

Pro plan: Billed monthly (₦2,000) or yearly (₦20,000). Cancel anytime.

Cancellation: You may cancel anytime. Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

7. Availability and Changes

We may update, add, or remove features at any time with notification. We may discontinue BrandingOff with at least 90 days notice to active subscribers.

8. Limitation of Liability

BrandingOff is provided "as is." Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Benin City, Edo State.
